BELLEVUE, Wash., Salon and spa cloud software provider, Zenoti, announced today the addition of two key members to its leadership team. These new hires reflect Zenoti's product-first commitment to innovation and will continue to position the company as a leader in the beauty and wellness industries.
Michael Meulemans joins Zenoti as the vice president of customer success. Meulemans' primary focus is ensuring Zenoti customers are successful, and that Zenoti software provides solutions that result in revenue growth. Meulemans will bridge the gap between client needs and industry trends with product innovations that solve real-world challenges.
Prior to Zenoti, Meulemans served as the vice president of technical product management at DS-IQ, where he oversaw technology that enables applications, commerce and marketing systems to automatically sense and adapt to context as it changes.
Meulemans previously spent 17 years at Microsoft, where he shipped multiple versions of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems and service packs. He also developed and delivered award-winning technology for Microsoft Windows Update.
Srinivas Aiyar also joins Zenoti as chief architect, where he focuses on system reliability and scalability. As Zenoti grows, so has the company's data volume. Aiyar will ensure Zenoti software flawlessly processes large volumes of data, while also overseeing upgrades to APIs, extensions and infrastructure to ensure Zenoti integrates seamlessly with third-party software packages.
A seasoned developer, Aiyar spent 15 years at Microsoft where he focused on cloud-based computing with expertise spanning cloud computing platforms and services, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, emerging technologies and research, and predictive analytics.
