The company has now announced a 30 day trial of the Lyric hearing aids absolutely free of cost till 8th August 2012. This limited period offer is a great money-saver, as it normally costs $600 for a 30 day trial for both ears. The offer is applicable at the Gold Coast and Chatswood, NSW offices of Value Hearing.
The Lyric hearing aid, manufactured by Phonak, is world’s first invisible and hassle-free hearing aid that can be worn all the time. Once placed within the ear canal, the Lyric can stay there for up to 120 days. Being positioned close to your eardrum, Lyric provides very natural sound quality.
Under this special offer, Value Hearing will provide a free one hour pre-candidacy appointment to 20 people at its Chatswood and Robina clinics. During the appointment, the hearing abilities of the candidates will be tested and the suitability of the Lyric hearing aids would be examined. If the candidates are found suitable for the equipment, another one hour appointment would be fixed where Lyric would be fitted in the candidates’ ears.
Once the 30 day trial is over, the candidates will have to return the equipment, and upon failure of doing so, they will be liable to pay $300 per unreturned Lyric. Moreover, if the candidate cancels the subscription, Phonak normally charges $300 cancellation fee. But the company has now waived off this fee for Value Hearing for a limited period of time.
