There is an effort being made to make the Constitution irrelevant. It isn't of a single person. It is about the Constitution. Nose clean or not the government doesn't have a Constitutional right to spy on any U.S. citizen without due process. The pilgrims came to America to escape tyranny. Our war with the British was for our independence. We were at war with the British to free ourselves yet again from tyranny. The Patriot Act and the recent NDAA Bill in essence has declared war on the U.S. Citizen and his sovereignty. As the power of the government has not been kept in check you need to see what the us government now constitutes as "not keeping your nose clean". In essence each of us probably violate many laws daily and you will be looked at as a threat. My fight is against Progressives. This country did not find it self in the current state it's in just from President Obama or President Bush. It is often a ploy by progressives throughout the last 100 years starting at the very least with President Teddy Roosevelt, a republican. Progressives have an agenda to remain in power, function as elite, and also have rule and control over the individuals of this country. The patriot act was a tactic that has allowed the latest NDAA to be passed that allows the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without charge violating the Constitutional right of Habeas Corpus. Subsequently that has led to the latest executive order signed by President Obama on March 12, 2012 which you should read. They've progressively made our judicial system a joke. They use their tactics progressively hence why they're called progressives.
They comprehend the rebellious nature and fighting spirit of Americans and conclude that instant outlandish measures may cause too big of an audience to take notice and that audience will arise and circumvent their goals. Therefore they utilize small measures that do perhaps not cause a great wake by themselves and so they allow small wave they create subside before moving forward to the next step of their agenda. The motto they follow, "What one generation tolerates the next embraces." If we tolerate the enactment of communist style policies now the following generation will embrace communism. Patience is just a virtue. Progressives have a lot of patience. They have been successful in subduing the minds of the masses with their junk media allowing many their efforts to be passed and implemented without warning. The few which have not fallen asleep at the TELEVISION that do take serious notice are immediately demonized by the mainstream media organizations the progressives own, or they've broken the independence and fighting spirit of others with regulations, that pump their propaganda to the very TELEVISION and stereo they utilize to keep us in the dark. They label us as loons, nut-cases, and radicals. Well, if planning to stop the essential transformation of America into a communist government controlled police state and attempting to fundamentally restore America back to freedom and liberty for the people is radical then go ahead and count me a radical. I shall proudly go and stand in the radical line with George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Sam Adams, Charles Pickney, Thomas Paine, Martin Luther King Jr., Glenn Beck, the Pilgrims, Alex Jones, Ron Paul, Deitrich Bonhoeffer, Ronald Reagan, and the countless others who were and therefore are prepared to sacrifice acceptance by others in an attempt to save the people with subdued minds, who reject them, from residing in the existence of tyranny. Ben Franklin stated, "He who gives up liberty for security deserves neither and will lose both." However it's my conclusion that a land without liberty is just a land ruled in tyranny. The Declaration of Independence, endowed by our Creator, grants us the right to Life, LIBERTY, and the Pursuit of Happiness. If we allow the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence to be made irrelevant and disregarded then essentially we allow life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness to be irrelevant and disregarded as well, leaving us with tyranny. Tyranny is totally unacceptable! God Bless America!
