The front of the handset has a TFT capacitive touchscreen and a physical QWERTY keyboard. This combination offers the best of both worlds; easy navigation of the all new Blackberry 7.0 OS, with the simplicity and efficiency of a QWERTY keyboard. The camera is another are which sees some improvements over the previous Bold handsets. The camera on the Blackberry Bold has the same 5 megapixels (2592x 1944 resolution), autofocus and LED flash, but also includes image stabilisation, face detection and geo-tagging along with the ability to shoot video footage in HD (720p).
As you would expect from any Blackberry phone, the Blackberry Bold Touch has impressive internet browsing capabilities and supports a number of communication methods; phone call function, SMS, MMS, email, push email and IM.
The Blackberry Bold Touch is the handset which many fans of the brand have been waiting for. It offers the classic Blackberry styling and functionality, but brings the range up to date. Additions such as the powerful processor and touchscreen are sure to be welcomed with open arms.
