The new website is aptly named, Buying a Home with Bad Credit. It was launched by a real estate expert with more than thirty years of experience in dealing with lending institutions and brokers. One of the first things he advises consumers to do is to understand that the term ‘bad credit’ has many different meanings and each lender applies their corporate definition to the term when they consider a home mortgage applicant.
Someone who wants to buy a home should first and foremost begin making timely payments on all their current bills.
