Companies are now performing more drug tests on applicants as the technology evolves into mobile drug testing and hair testing which is much more accurate and delivers better results even months after an applicant stops using drugs.
Hair drug testing is not only more accurate it is also easier to perform since the applicant has to submit only a hair sample instead of urine.
