The system bundle an industrial sludge extractor, a 1000 psi pressure washer system and a unsealed surface cleaner in a single product offering
"The HSC 14250 hard floor cleaner is manufactured to handle applications involved virtually any sealed or unsealed surface that requires powered cleaning," revealed Matthew Baratta, a Daimer.com tile cleaning spokesperson. "This upgraded unit supports sludge extraction during emergencies, power washing for stone and siding, and motorized spinner heads for a range of uses."
The Hard Floor Cleaner with Myriad Applications
Daimer®’s HSC 14250 is equipped with an enhanced 19-inch powered tile cleaning head that rotates at nearly 1000 rpm. The powered head distributes pressurized water in spray pattern designed to enter pores in unsealed surfaces to clean penetrating dirt.
The new hard surface cleaner is co-powered by a Super Max™ pressure washer capable of heated, unheated or wet steam. The pressure washer machine peaks at 1000 psi and offers 2.5 GPM of water flow. When engaged, pressure washer system can heat steam to 330ºF for cleaning. The propane heating system uses a high-pressure tolerant stainless steel exchange coil.
The 14250’s sludge extractor unit is housed in separate unit that includes the 14250 hard surfaces cleaner. The unit supports a 30-gallon-per-minute dumping capacity and has a 10-gallon sized recovery tank. The machine is housed in a separate fiber composite case and is power by paired 3-stage motor units.
