Market Press Release – September 7, 2011 9:22 am – The recently held Delhi Book Fair 2011 has given Vishv Books a lot of reasons to celebrate since most of the launches by Vishv Books have been a huge hit with children of Delhi and NCR. Adding another reason for Vishv Books to rejoice, Delhi Book Fair 2011 and ITPO the organizers of the book fair have adorned Vishv Books with the Gold Award for Best Display in English Category.
Vishv Books which showcased more than 1000 titles at the Delhi Book Fair along with the launch of their animated short film “Polly’s Pink Book” had one of the most impressive stalls at the exhibition too. The stall focused completely on what children like: bright colours, life size pictures of the characters they read in books, which attracted children towards the stall apart from the huge variety of books. Ms. Mudit Mohini, who was elated on the occasion of receiving this award on the last day of the fair, said to us “The response from Delhi Book Fair that Vishv Books has received has been extraordinary; everyone from children to their parents, loved the titles that we showcased at the fair and now this award from ITPO has been the icing on the cake for us. Being awarded the Best Display at the fair means that we have been able to catch the attention of not just our customers but the jury also. We at Vishv Books set what we have achieved at this year’s book fair as a benchmark and hope to outperform ourselves every year.”
Though the Delhi Book Fair 2011 has currently come to an end, Vishv Books already preparing themselves with numerous more titles that they would want to present to the children in the coming few months and continue building the reading relationship they have built with the children at the Delhi Book Fair.
