Now days, the trend of dowry has become less as compared to early times. This is certainly a good thing as dowry system is worst practice ever performed in India. Dowry is simply a tribute given to the bride by her parents but some few years back it was made a windfall of earning money by groom’ family. This was some of the basic changes that are coming in the society in the holy institution of marriage.
