Modern Landscape if one of the first Las Vegas landscapers to offer a special for the new year so that homeowners can begin the year with beautified surroundings that they can be proud of when they invite their friends and family over for barbecues and parties. Modern Landscape, LLC is state certified by the Nevada State Contractor’s board and holds a C10 contractor’s license. They have been in business since 2004 and the business is run by family members, with Tom Hoff as CEO. Before starting a landscaping company, Tom and his father James Hoff, owned a lawn maintenance company called, Branden’s Landscape, named after Tom’s son.
