The grand festival will be inaugurated by chief minister Narendra Modi and witness participation of large number of domestic and international kite lovers.

To cater to the rising popularity of this international festival, special arrangements have been made. “Hundreds of children of AMC’s Seva Basti will kick off the festival with the performance of Surya Namaskar and Surya Vandana. Theme pavilion depicting history of kites, food court, craft bazaar and adventure sports are some of the special attractions planned for this year” added the tourism minister.
