Bangalore, India, July 26, 2012 -- Art Bengaluru, South India’s only contemporary art festival has just launched its official website – http://www.artbengaluru.in. With an artistic vibe to it, this website captures the essence of Art Bengaluru and displays all the information related to this much awaited event.
The Art Bengaluru website ( http://www.artbengaluru.in ) will throw light on the art & luxury auction, in addition to highlighting the Masters whose works would go under the hammer during the festival. The site, would also allow users to learn about the various artists and galleries that are participating in this prestigious art exhibit. They will also be able to monitor the workshop calendar and register themselves for it. Additionally, users can easily navigate through the website to browse through images of past events, and find out everything about the rich history of Art Bengaluru.

From exhibits, to competitions this festival brings together artists, galleries, art collectors, enthusiasts and the very best in contemporary Indian artwork. Furthermore, this artistic gathering is an explosion of creativity that embraces the brilliant work and talent of many gifted artists from all across the country.
The festival, currently in its third edition, will run from the 10th–24th August 2012 at The Collection, UB City, Bangalore’s favourite hangout, who are not just venue partners but have played a great role in Art Bengaluru’s growth over the last three years, in collaboration with Art Chutney and Sublime Galleria.

Art Bengaluru is an exclusive event that was conceptualized to feature various types of art forms including 'Wall Art' (fine art, paintings, illustrations, photographs) and 'Stand-alone Art' (sculptures, installations, product design). Launched in March 2010, Art Bengaluru saw participation from over 15 Art Galleries (all Bangalore-based) and attracted more than 5,000 visitors over the 10 day event. The second edition, took things to the next level with over 100 participating artists and art galleries.
