Wordcatcher is a hybrid publisher offering traditional publishing deals in which authors pay nothing, and assisted publishing where authors pay for the services they need and retain publishing rights. Meanwhile, its Onion Custard Kids imprint is aimed at children and pre-teens.
The publisher aims to give new authors a platform to publish their work with a team working to high editorial standards. The editing team will offer creative and technical advice, help authors to develop their skills, and develop an understanding of the industry.
Founded in 2016, Wordcatcher was created to help voice new talent. Anyone attending the event can book a time slot in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
