Woburn, MA U.S.A. – August 1, 2012 -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a recognized global vendor of auto detailing machines and accessories, has now just shipped a new non-movable 50 Hz vehicle pressure washer system: the Super Max™ 15550SCW. The newly released equipment supports as much as 67 bar (1000 psi) in terms of pressure level and top line steam temperatures of approximately 121°C.
"Non-moving car wash pressure washers have always been popular with high-volume auto detailing customers, so we made a conscious decision to introduce a slightly higher pressure version of our popular 15000 series," revealed Daimer.com high-steam and global car wash machine spokesperson Matthew Baratta. "These 220V, 50 Hz systems expand the power and offerings in our SCW line of exterior vehicle cleaning systems."
Non-Moving Auto Detailing Pressure Cleaning Machines
Daimer®'s new 220V, 50 Hz non-movable car pressure washer series, the Super Max™ 15550SCW, will include a range of Daimer®-only enhancements designed specifically for auto detailing applications.
- Low-Capped Pressure Level
To reduce the chance of scratching or damaging car/truck exterior finishes, the new Super Max™ systems offer pressure levels of no more than 67 bar. (67 bar equals 1000 psi, the popular pressure level in Daimer®'s SCW product line of auto detailing 50 Hz power washer systems.)
- Minimized Wet Steam Heat
Likewise, to avert damage to vehicle exterior finishes during any auto detailing application, the new machines support wet steam temperatures engineered not to exceed a high of 121°C.
- Multi/Dual-Gun Support
This Daimer® capability lets multiple employees share the cleaning capabilities of a single machine designed for auto detailing. The capability is an extra-cost option direct by Daimer®.
Additionally, the new machines can be sold in a range of electrical configurations designed to be compatible with numerous electrical systems in different countries. Specifically, Daimer® offers the auto detailing equipment standard in a 220V single-phase configuration. However, the units are also available in for 60 Hz, 440V, and even three-phase configurations.
