Woburn, MA U.S.A. – May 2, 2012 - Daimer Industries®, widely-known for disinfecting janitorial technology, has now unveiled an upgraded KleenJet® Ultra 5000CVGP series of gum removal steam vacuum cleaners . The systems offer higher levels of psi and system temperatures.
"By advancing the pressure levels and system temperatures, we have managed to put more the pressure on the competition," announced Matthew Baratta, a disinfecting systems manager at Daimer.com. "In addition to germ elimination and gum removal, these machines handle a range of other cleaning applications such as hard-surface and tile grout cleaning."
More Powerful Steam Cleaners
Daimer®’s upgraded Ultra KleenJet® 5000 CVGP line of equipment starts with full-sized industrial steam cleaners, adds vacuum extraction, HEPA filtration and Daimer®’s own Gum Exterminator® gum removal technology. The 3000-watt steam cleaners ship with 15-liters of combined boiler continuous refill capacity for extended periods of fast refills and steam cleaning. The boilers are manufactured of commercial grade stainless steel and warranteed by Daimer® for the life of the machine.
The new power improvements allow the machines to reach peak boiler temperatures of 369ºF. The system also offer peak pressure levels of 125 psi, a level generally found in pricier gum removal machines.
The 5000 CVGP steam cleaners also bundle Daimer®’s custom-manufactured Gum Exterminator® technology that includes: a dual-bladed squeegee with extraction, a commercial-grade abrasive brush unit and a chewing gum removal concentrate/solvent chemical. The solvent formulated to offer maximum concentration and homogeneity (means less mixing.) Daimer® bundles each 5000 CVGP system with enough concentrate make as much as 22 gallons of finished gum removal solvent. Competitors generally bundle less solvent with their products.
