Market Press Release – January 6, 2012 9:46 am – Woburn, MA U.S.A. -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a vendor internationally-established for car wash equipment, now plans to offer its KleenJet® Supreme 3050CVP series car interior cleaning systems with nearly three dozen parts and components. The machines are steam-cleaner based and include vacuums and sanitizing systems designed for hard surfaces typically found inside cars and trucks. The machines also feature enhanced heating and pressure systems promising about 10% more heat, and 20% more pressure than 3050CVP auto detailing units they are replacing.
"These 50 Hz Supreme 3050CVP are being offered with nearly 36 add-on components, including those most requested by our customers," explains Daimer.com global car wash equipment and interior cleaning products representative Matthew Baratta. "Our aim was to offer the most power and add-ons of anyone in the market -- whether domestic or foreign."
Car Wash Equipment with Freebies
Daimer®’s KleenJet® Supreme 3050CVP employs steam cleaner technology to remove dirt from sealed surfaces, such as leather and plastic found in dash board and door jambs.
The car wash equipment also includes a proprietary germ killing and allergen-removal system called ATIS®. The machines will ship with a variety of add-on components and parts, including: a variety of brushes (detail, triangular for corners, and large rectangular for larger surfaces), squeegees and extension rods.
The machines come with commercially-rated vacuums with HEPA and water filters. The car wash equipment also incorporates detergent chambers (2 liters), extraction waste chambers (14 liters) and continuous refill chambers (4 liters).
The car wash equipment is powered by 50 Hz boiler systems that can reach temperatures of as much as 184.4°C and pressure systems that can attain as much as 7.9 bar.
