C4 Designs has added a Fotoba WR 75 wide format cutter to their list of wide format printing and finishing equipment.
The WR 75 is capable of cutting down hundreds of banners in minutes using optical registration of the printed images. C4 Designs can now finish a roll of banners or other wide format images in five to ten minutes!
This task would previously take a worker forty-five minutes to as much as an hour to process the same amount of printed materials. Utilizing a robot to do this task saves time, increases turnaround of work, and prevents workers from encountering repetitive stress injuries.
As C4 Designs grows we plan to add more equipment and robotics to keep up with our growing demand.
C4 Designs adds new recyclable printing material to substrate roster.
C4 Designs is now offering Enviro Banner, a 100% recyclable trade show display material.
Enviro Banner is a 15oz double sided substrate that is PET based and totally recyclable. This material also has several other key benefits over vinyl banners.
Enviro Banner does not edge curl like vinyl does which makes it ideal for indoor displays. Another benefit is a block out layer embedded in the material which prevents image bleed through when printing double sided images.
Eco inks are used in the printing process to keep VOC's down. Our printer is also energy star compliant & we do not use cartridges in our printer. Keeping down the amount of plastic we put into landfills. We take every precaution at C4 Designs to provide and utilize alternative printing products and processes to cause less impact to the planet. Enviro Banner is another product to aid in our goal of offering environmentally conscious products and printing procedures to our clients.
