Both manufacturers have opted to release alternative models that offer reduced features but at a more pocket friendly price. Although the Apple device offers the better quality display Samsung come out on top when we look at the processing power of both models. Both models use a 1Ghz chip but the Galaxy R uses a dual core variety which means that the model handles multiple tasks at a faster speed. The model also boasts a RAM memory which is double what the iPhone 4 offers at 1GB.
